1. Confidentiality 

  • Information on our customers and purchases are held in the strictest confidences.
  • We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Cleanpro will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
  • You agree that the Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, in the Company’s sole discretion, by posting any such amendment(s) to the Company’s website without prior and separate notice.
  • Your continued use of the site or any part of it after amendment to these terms and conditions is posted will be deemed as full knowledge and acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any such amendment(s), your sole recourse shall be to cease using the site.

2. Order Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your order attached with order tracking number.
  • Once you have selected a product that you wish to order via www.cleanprolaundryparts.com, you will then be shown (on the website) the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.
  • To ensure that you do not experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.
  • We reserve the rights not to accept your order if the item(s) does not pass our quality checking stage and/or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
  • If item(s) that you order is out of stock, subject to a delay or consist of pricing, detail and description errors, we shall try to contact you at your registered email address on our website or phone call. If we cannot/are not able to reach you via email, we shall cancel your order within 48 hours with/without your acknowledgment.
  • If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
  • We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.
  • Occasionally we may have to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If you have placed an order for an item that has been affected by this, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative if one is available.

3. Backorder

  • At Cleanpro Laundry Parts we make every attempt to have ample stock on all the items listed on our website. However, there may be times when an item or items may be out of stock. If it’s happen/this happens, you will receive an email from us to notify you about your backorder item.
  • To ensure that we keep shipping costs to a minimum, all orders placed at Cleanpro will only be shipped when complete. If an item is not in stock at the time of order it will be placed into backorder. If you would like us to break up the order please reply our email to inform us.

Note: If you choose this option shipping charges will be higher than an order shipped complete. By choosing to break up an order means you are agreeing to these extra charges.

  • Backorder may take a minimum of 90 days for the item to be imported from overseas. Cleanpro cannot guarantee the expected delivery times of suppliers. However if you are urgent on it, you may request for air flight shipping as the item will be imported within 10days. Freight charges will be added to back orders if it is requested by the customers for quick order.
  • We will communicate any changes to your order status via email. Any cancellation charges due from sales where items are placed on backorder will be deducted from any refund amount due to the customer.

4. Price

  • The price excludes the cost of delivery charges and any applicable goods and services tax which the buyer shall be liable to pay to Cleanpro in addition to the price.
  • The shipping costs are shown separately on the invoice.
  • All promotion in this website are only applicable for online purchase and valid for purchases made online through provided websites only.
  • This promotion not valid for walk-in to office or branch or through others department
  • Offer or discount is not applicable for any on-going promotion in walk-in , store or other departments unless stated.
  • The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

  • The Company shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to the Customer of similar value and range.

  • Prices charged for purchases on this website may be different from those charged in our stores / office / branch or departments.

  • The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.

  • All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email.

  • All pictures and images of the products displayed on this site are for illustration purposes in order to help the customer to recognise the products only. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may differ.

5. Payment

  • Credit/Debit Cards, Online Banking, Manual Bank In and Paypal are all acceptable methods of payment only.
  • All will not transfer to buyer until transaction has cleared and full payment is received.
  • All bank charges are borne by the customer.
  • In order to prevent any charges for the refund for backorder, customers are advised to use manual bank in or credit card to make payment.

PAYMENT METHOD 1: BANK IN OR INTERNET BANKING TRANSFER

After you checkout by using manual bank in, you will receive the confirmation of the order immediately from (cleanprolaundryparts.com) without making any payment. After that, the person in charge will send you an email to provide you the info regarding the availability of the products or special quotation for any big amount order. If you agree with it, you have to sign in to your account in cleanprolaundryparts.com to make payment within 24 hours after the email being sent out to you or else the order will be cancelled automatically.

(Remarks: If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam mailbox as well and mark it as safe.)

Customers must make payments online immediately after their purchases.

Customers are responsible for customs duties on all packages shipped out of Malaysia. Please consult your local customs for duties, regulations and restrictions.

For Credit card user, customers must make payments online immediately after their purchases via Ipay88 Payment Gateway.

Cleanpro shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery.

 The Company may from time to time set credit limits (RM 8000 per transaction) for individual customers. 

6. Refunds Policy

  • No refunds shall be made, where product from Cleanpro is deemed to have shipped and is, for all intents and purposes.
  • Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded fully.
  • For any request for the refund on backorder item(s), the transaction fee charged by the payment gateway company will be borne by customers unless customer makes payment for backorder item(s) by using credit card or manual bank in. Customers are able to get fully refund if they are using credit card or manual bank in for backorder item(s).
  • For spare part such as Bill acceptor , coin acceptor and PC Board please check and copy your spare part machine settings before filing complained regarding defect .

7. Returns Policy

  • Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
  • We accept the return or exchange of the product, only if:

o   We deliver wrong product.

o   The new product we delivered is defective product . Product that have scratch and aged are non-acceptable.

  • For any return cases, customer must:

o   provide the proof of purchase (invoice).

o   provide video ( shows item not working or machine not working due to item ) , technical report from approved technician, photo shows         defect item.  

o   attach with the E- SPARE PART RETURN FORM.

  • Damaged or defective items, customers are required to send in the "E- SPARE PART RETURN FORM" (before you return the goods/product) via email within A WEEK of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return.
  • “E- SPARE PART RETURN FORM” is also to be enclosed with the return; otherwise, processing is not possible.
  • The standard processing time for complaints is 24-60 business hours for completed evaluating your returned product.
  • Item return must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us.
  • Items must be returned unsealed, unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages and Cleanpro will replace the wrong item(s) we sent with the correct item(s).
  • The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by cleanprolaundryparts.com provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item only. No monetary refund is allowed.
  • Cleanpro Laundry Parts reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy.
  • Cleanpro Laundry Parts reserves right reject the return item due to customer wrong order. 

8. Warranties and Remedies

  • Cleanpro makes no warranties, whether written or oral, express or implied after 3-5 days customer received item purchase.
  • Our obligation is limited only to the defective parts, or at our sole option, to replace item with function product within 3-5 days customer received item purchase.
  • Item/ Parts under promotion makes no warranties and non-refundable.
  • Please keep in mind that sale item (under special promotion such as more than 15% discount above ) may be have a slightly defect appearance less than 5% but will not affected functioning items.

  • For spare part such as Bill acceptor , coin acceptor and PC Board please check and copy your spare part machine settings before filing complained regarding defect .

  • Please confirm with our customer service and and our technician regarding how to do installation and settings spare part .

9. Cancellation

  • Cleanpro reserves the right not to accept cancellations because of the nature, type, quantity or shipping date of the items, or other relevant factors.  
  • You are not allowed to cancel the order once a Confirmation of Order is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistant, kindly contact our customer service whatsapp +6 010 - 5322 644.
  • Any wrong purchase of item is not allowed to cancel, exchange or refund.
  • Cleanpro shall be entitled to impose a minimum of 15% of the total amount of the purchase price of the relevant Goods and the processing fee as administrative fees, in addition to the transaction fees charged by the IPAY88. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to the Buyer.
  • Refund will not be provide after customer done the payment . However , customer can exchange the product to the same or lower price item. If price item change higher than replace item , customer will need to paid for balance price  . 

10. Notification of Changes

  • The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
  • Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
  • Products and prices are subject to change without notice.

By registering with us, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

12. Shipping Policy

  • You will own the goods once we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges with the proof payment (Online Transfer / Bank-in).
  • Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order.
  • Cleanpro will not be responsible for on any wrong information (included item) from the buyer.
  • After receipt of payment Cleanpro strives to ship orders on the same day of a business day (Monday - Friday) if received your payment before 2pm after payment has been verified except for backorder item. Otherwise we will ship out on the next working day. No delivery services on weekend & holiday.
  • Depending on your location, you should receive your products within 1-3 days after we confirm your payment. Cleanpro will inform the consumer by email of any delays.
  • Customers can either choose to self-pick up or by using courier services. All the cost for courier services is upon customers responsible.
  • The couriers which we currently use are Poslaju.
